Repair Depot Procedure for XycomVME Products


Return Material Authorization (RMA) Request

To return a XycomVME board to us for repair, please fill out this online form and a XycomVME representative will provide you with an RMA # as well as an estimated repair cost.

Alternatively, you can call 1-877-944-1942 to obtain an RMA# or talk to a VME application engineer to discuss your issue prior to sending in your board.

For VME modules that are out of warranty, there is a $250.00 USD charge for “No Problem Found”. This fee also applies to boards that are evaluated for repair but the customer decides to not have repaired.

For VME modules that are in or out of warranty, a $200.00 USD “Expedite Repair Fee” option (24-48 hour turnaround) in addition to repair price.
